Thuvarakha Jeevanesan is a Grade 10 student at Markville Secondary School and an enthusiastic member of FBL Canada’s National Advisory Council for 2024-2025. Her journey with FBLC began in grade 9, where she competed in Public Speaking, taking first place at CNLC and advancing to NLC. Alongside FBLC, Thuvarakha has actively participated in other business competitions, where she developed leadership skills and a deep appreciation for the values of perseverance and teamwork. Outside of her academic and business pursuits, Thuvarakha is dedicated to her community. She volunteers at a special needs center and takes pride in teaching her mother tongue, Tamil, to younger children. Her passion for helping others is at the heart of her goal as an NAC member: to share her positive experiences with FBLC with incoming freshmen, ensuring they feel included, supported, and inspired to embark on their own business journeys. Thuvarakha looks forward to contributing to FBLC's mission and helping other students around Canada to discover their potential in the world of business.
