What is CJLE?

The Canadian Junior Leadership Experience (CJLE) is a virtual opportunity for middle school students in Grades 5–8 to explore business and leadership. With 300+ competitors from across Canada, participants gain early exposure to business through Objective Test Events (Personal Finance, Business Management, Business Math) and Case Study Events (Entrepreneurship, Marketing). Each year, students present their ideas to esteemed industry professionals, demonstrating their skills in problem-solving and public speaking.

Aside from competitive events, CJLE also includes one in-person networking session and three Junior Elevate Expo non-competitive workshops for students to engage in connecting and learning.
