Emily is a Grade 12 student at Erindale Secondary School. Being a previous National Council Member as well as the founder of the FBLC Mississauga chapter, she is well versed in FBLC’s organizational structure and can confidently say that FBLC has allowed her to not only become a better competitor, but a better business leader as well. In her second term as an NAC member, she looks forward to spearheading Canadian-focused non-competitive events in order to foster a deeper sense of community within FBLC members. With involvement in other organizations such as DECA and JEC Toronto, she also hopes to deepen her work in spreading financial and business literacy among students across Canada as well. Outside of the NAC, you can find Emily reading a fantasy book, prepping for her next case competition, or baking. Emily is most looking forward to meeting the diverse competitors of CNLC and broaden the impact of FBLC to areas all across Canada.
